Pharmacist In Charge: CRAIG KUELTZO
We have been serving the residents of Lombard and our neighboring towns for over 35 years. Our main goal is to provide the personal service and high level of pharmaceutical care that is necessary for all of our patients to insure the correct usage of their prescription drugs.

Our pharmacists have over 100 years of combined experience in the areas of pharmaceutical counseling and over-the-counter product recommendations. We apply our high-tech pharmacy tools to provide you with the personal, hands on pharmacist contact that most people like.

* Semi-private and private pharmaceutical counseling areas. When you want to speak to our pharmacists in private, we are available.

* A complete line of Jobst elastic garments with qualified fitters available.

We also acceept most third party payment systems, we will bill medicare for those services which are reimburseable, and we have our own system of instore charge accounts, with trust and guardian billing available.

Our Staff:


	Craig G. Kueltzo, R.Ph . And President Craig graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Pharmacy in 1968. He acquired a controlling interest in Lombard Pharmacy in November 1974, and has been actively involved in its operation and ownership ever since. He is a past president of the Chicago Retail Druggists’ Association and the University of Illinois Pharmacy Alumni Association. He is the recipient of the Preceptor of the Year award from Midwestern College of Pharmacy in 1997, and the Edmund P. Barcus Memorial Leadership Award. He resides in southwestern Cook County with his wife. His two daughters and his nephew are all involved in the profession, one a research pharmacist/chemist in Colorado, one in pharmaceutical sales in the Chicago area, and one a community pharmacist.


	Terry L. Krohn, R.Ph. Terry graduated from North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy in Fargo, ND in 1978. He has advanced study in compounding pharmacy and came to Lombard Pharmacy in 2004 after a long tenure at the Glen Ellyn Clinic Pharmacy, and is in charge of our compounding laboratory and our unit dose prescription service. He resides in Wheaton with his wife and 4 children, one of whom is also a pharmacist.


	Sharon E. Switzer, PharmD. Sharon earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Pharmacy in 1992 and started working at Lombard Pharmacy as a student in 1986. She returned to our staff in 2003 after serving as both a staff pharmacist and consultant pharmacist. She lives in the far western suburbs with her husband, and serves as the pharmacy HR manager and as the head of our new vaccination program.


	Lynda L. Stout, PharmD. Lynda earned her bachelor of science in biology from the University of Illinois in 1987, her masters in business administration for Southern Illinois University in 1989, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in 1998. She joined the staff of Lombard Pharmacy in January 2001, and resides in western Dupage County with her husband and two boys.
